Center of Euro-Asian peoples’ Traditional Culture

As a part of the strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of education and science, the development of the Eurasian integration process, the University associated with IA EAEC together with the Center for Research of Belarusian Culture, Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus, the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Ch.Ch. Valikhanov (Republic of Kazakhstan), Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn, Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University, Samarkand State University (Republic of Uzbekistan) established the Scientific and Educational Center of Euro-Asian peoples’ Traditional Culture.

The founders see their main task in organizing and conducting joint scientific research, projects and programmes to update the cultural heritage of the Euro-Asian peoples, its study and inclusion in the life of modern society, spiritual and moral education of the population of Greater Eurasia, the evolution of the national identity of the Euro-Asian peoples and ensuring the national security of the Eurasian states.

The University has done a lot of preparatory work, including discussion of the problems of preserving the traditional values ​​of the Euro-Asian peoples, studying the current state and prospects for the further evolution of traditional culture, studying the experience of including traditional values ​​in the process of ensuring the sustainable development of the states of Greater Eurasia. The University held scientific conferences, symposiums, published collections of scientific papers, involved young scientists in the study of the history of the traditional culture of the Euro-Asian peoples.

For the future, the University plans to hold an open lecture and prepare a collective monograph on the traditional culture of the Euro-Asian peoples.
