Scientific and publishing activities of the University

The research and publishing activities of the University have increased significantly in recent years. The University has initiated four publishing projects and is finalizing a fifth publishing project.

The first project was the series “Textbooks of the University associated with IA EAEC”. With the publications of this series, the University improves the scientific and methodological support of the educational process.

Since 2017, the publication of collective monographs from the Euro-Asian Studies series has become a major international project. The themes of the monographs reflect the actual problems of the evolution of the regional integration process: “Eurasian Integration” (in 2 volumes.); “Essays on advertising activities in the states of Eurasia”; “Greater Eurasian Partnership: Past, Present, Future” (in two volumes); “25th Anniversary of Eurasian Integration: From Origins to Realities” (in two volumes). In the same series, there is a monograph by I.Zh. Iskakov “Transformation of the political systems of Russia and Kazakhstan (1991-2011)”.

Since 2020, the University has started publishing the innovative international series “Euro-Asian Textbook”. A new textbook prepared by Academician S.Iu. Glaziev, “Management of the development of economic systems in the states of Eurasia” (in two volumes), opened this series.

These two innovative scientific publishing projects (“Euro-Asian Textbook” and “Euro-Asian Studies”) are carried out under the direct supervision of Academician S.Iu. Glaziev, and I.Zh. Iskakov, Rector of the University. The international editorial boards include representatives of research institutions and universities of the new Eurasian states: from Belarus to Uzbekistan.

Collections of scientific articles by participants in a major international event - the Eurasian Scientific Forum (see the section “Scientific events of the University associated with IA EAEC”) became a separate series. Collections of scientific articles by the participants of the Eurasian Scientific Forum 2020 began to be published under the name “Proceedings of the Eurasian Scientific Forum”.

In 2020-2021 the ISSN National Agency of the Russian Federation has assigned International Standard Serial Numbers (ISSN) to all four series.

In 2021, another innovative project called “Teacher to Student” became a kind of addition to the first series. The first edition of this series has already been published - a collection of scientific articles by V.G. Oreshkin, Associate Professor of the Chair of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines. This collection was published under the title “Humanitarian Etudes”.
