Head of the Educational and methodological department

The educational and methodological department is a structural subdivision of the University, that carries out planning, organization and control of the educational process at the University.

The educational and methodological department performs the following functions:

• Management of the educational process of the University;

• Drawing up a schedule of the educational process and internship;

• Monitoring the implementation of curricula;

• Monitoring discipline compliance of the educational process by teachers and students;

• Drawing up and monitoring the schedule of studying sessions;

• Control and organization of examination sessions;

• Accounting of students’ progress;

• Preparation of draft orders and prescriptions of the Rector;

• Issuance of certificates of the studying period, certificates for the military registration and diplomas.
