Russian as a foreign language

The project's aim is to teach Russian language remotely to foreign citizens in order to prepare them for studies in Saint Petersburg universities.

Why is this course effective?

Technical aspect of teaching process:

the training is organised via ZOOM platform which allows us to fully conduct the course, using all four types of speech activity: listening, speaking, reading and writing. The latter aspect is usually a concern for beginners. However, the virtual whiteboard is equipped with writing and drawing tools, so all concerns are groundless.

Efficiency of methodological aspects of remote learning:

it is important to specify that a learner-centered approach is applied. It helps us build on the personal abilities and capacities of students. The techniques used are:

1. Imitation of the natural speech of a native speaker;

2. Memorising words, expressions, grammatical patterns through the use of different communicative situations with the help of numerous tasks:

2.2. dialogue on a given topic: making acquaintance, at a shop, etc

2.3. task with a picture

2.4. written tasks with creative elements, daily tasks at spelling letters and sentences with the following checking and commenting on each task by a teacher

2.5. reading with the display of voiced objects in the picture

Our teachers ensure the creation of a comfortable psychological climate in a group; openness, friendliness, trust, interest in communication, a healthy competitive spirit in language and speech acquisition.

The online-course solves motivational problems, helps overcome the cultural shock through acquaintance with the culture and everyday life of a target language culture via virtual excursions, reading of lingua-cultural texts.

We invite those who wish to take online-courses of Russian as a foreign language in order to master elementary, basic and first levels of language and speech acquisition.

The course lasts 1200 academic hours.

The cost of training: 95 000 (ninety-five thousand) rubles.

The training begins as the groups are formed.
