The IIER library plays one of key roles in the life of the Institute as the library is fully completed by all necessary text-books, teaching aids and reference materials guaranteeing the educating process in the IIER Faculties / Departments. The library has enough paper and electronic materials available both for the students, professors, instructors and researchers.
The search for scholastic and scientific literature as well as samples of term papers, graduation projects, and researchers manuscripts, publications and electronic units are available for all through the information resources of library (catalogs, card indexes, data bases, information issues, bibliographical directories).

The library has funds of scientific as well of training and systematic literature. New publications of books on the economy, the jurisprudence, psychology, advertisement and also connections with the community and designs can be found here. Yearly subscription for periodic publications including newspapers and periodicals for the library and the institute departments is conducted. The library employees study the experience of the professional employees of the largest world libraries and also university libraries of Russia and foreign countries. The academic library of the IIER devotes the considerable attention to the creation of its own information electronic resources, i.e., of an electronic catalog. The electronic catalog is being replenished monthly with new entrances of the library books and the new UMK publications.
