Non-Governmental Education Institution of Higher Professional Education INTERREGIONAL INSTITUTE OF ECONOMICS AND LAW (NOU MIEP) was established in 1997. It is a flexible independent competitive private higher education institution, and it has got the State Accreditation Certificate, as well as the Certificate of Quality Management System Concordance. NOU MIEP realizes the following higher education professional directions: Finance and Credit, Business Computer Science, Business Administration, Advertizing, Public Relations, Economics, Psychology, Jurisprudence, Design, Decorative Applied Art and Traditional Crafts.

NOU MIEP fulfils individual pattern programmes adjusted to specific employers’ requests directed towards agreements with employers. The students of NOU MIEP train their professional skills in companies where they can get work places later.

NOU MIEP develops its international cooperation with higher educational institutions in Europe (Italy, Germany, France, Austria, Ukraine, Azerbaijan) and Asia (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan). Student exchange programmes involve the Universities of Genoa and Palermo (Italy), the University of Applied Science (Fulda, Germany). NOU MIEP students can improve their professional skills at the Burgundy School of Business (Dijon, France) and the International Business School Styria (Graz, Austria).

All students of NOU MIEP study two foreign languages, so they are able to participate in videoconferences with students from European universities, for example with students of Faculty of Business from Fulda University of Applied Science. NOU MIEP students improve their language skills in summer language schools in Germany (Fulda) and Italy (Palermo) according to bilateral agreements between NOU MIEP and the universities of Fulda and Palermo.
